Terms & Conditions
Fees:
Full registration fee (inclusive of lunch, refreshment, & conference documentation) or
50% deposit should be paid 1 week before the conference date. (full settlement is more
advisable)
Balance of payment should be paid by cash only on the registration day, if settlement of
the remaining is not done before the conference date, entry will be refused.
Fees for Government Employers:
LPO – A local order or letter of approval to participate must be presented before or on the
day of registration. (All formalities should be carried out by the participants).
Substitution / Cancelation:
Substitution is allowed for a registered delegate. Please note that all payments must be
made prior to the event proper. For cancelations, a refund minus 10% service charge will be
sent to the said delegate if cancelation is received before 13th April 2009.
If the participants is absent on the day of course, there will be no refund whatsoever. |
