Successful & Effective Physical Exercise
In order to carry out successful and effective physical activities or exercises to promote physical wellbeing, we need two main factors in place:-
A complete range of movement in all joints of the body and Symmatrical muscular strength of the body
If we lack in any of the two above, then any Physical activity or exercise will create a MECHANICAL DISADVANTAGE to the body structure that will cause strain and later pain. This will then give rise to medical conditions to the musculo-skeletal system of our body...

What is next after JFS?
After having profiled the status of the muscles powers (using modified scales), joints movements via Clinical Movements, underlying anomalies or undetected birth defect, a pre-exercises program is designed. This is carried out to restore balance and create symmetries in the left and right side of the body muscles movements before actual gym-exercises are conducted.
